What will you get  

Boat trip, land transfer, simple lunch at fish farm. 

Transfer : Pick up from hotel (Pantai Cenang & Pantai Tengah area) to jetty, and boat trip, life jacket, lunch box.
Things to bring : Swimming suits or clothes for swimming, sun glasses, towel, camera, drinking water, and others.

How to redeem the ticket 

We will issue the e-service voucher to your email or WhatApps. You can redeem your wristband/ ticket/ registration at the ticket counter by showing our service voucher from your mobile and ALL travellers MYKAD/ MYKID. Since this is manual booking by our staff, all booking must be made at least 1 working day before your travel date.

Cancellation policy 

Non-cancellation and non-refundable on the unused tours.

We understand sometimes cannot attend the trip because of out of your control such as government implementing move control such as MCO or any personal emergency (such as hospitalisation/ accidents and etc), we will help to apply trip postponement from the service provider with the documents proof, the results are subject to service provider approval.
