How to redeem the ticket
We will issue the e-service voucher to your email or WhatApps. You can redeem your wristband/ ticket/ registration at the ticket counter by showing our service voucher from your mobile and ALL travellers MYKAD/ MYKID. Since this is manual booking by our staff, all booking must be made at least 1 working day before your travel date.

Cancellation policy
Non-cancellation and non-refundable on the unused tour.
We understand sometimes cannot attend the trip because of out of your control such as government implementing move control such as MCO or any personal emergency (such as hospitalisation/ accidents and etc), we will help to apply trip postponement from the service provider with the documents proof, the results are subject to service provider approval.

Please prepare yourself with hat or cap, umbrella, sunglasses, sunscreen, towel and slippers.
Dress yourself with colourful outfit, long-sleeve top and short pants are preferable. Prepare another set of outfit just in case you have too much fun in the water.
After come back to jetty, if you want to bath at our terminal washroom, kindly bring your own shower gel.
Standby coat or scarf if you are afraid of cold.
